Merchandise may be returned for exchange or full refund to a free standing store or to our online store within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt (except personalized items, Mon Monogram, Custom Made, Made-to-Order items and PayPal purchases). PayPal purchases may be exchanged at a free standing store within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, or may be returned exclusively to our online store for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect saleable condition. When returning a product, you must return the complete product, including the packaging, instructions leaflet (with the warranty certificate), product certificates (where applicable) and the invoice. All refunds certificate serial numbers must match the serial number of the product. All refunds may only be made in the same currency country as the original purchase.
