Calendar and Scheduling

  • Academic Calendar

  • Examination and Assignment Schedules

  • Graduation Application Deadlines

1. Academic Calendar

  • The seminary operates on a semester system, with clearly defined start and end dates for each term.

  • Key academic periods, including registration windows, add/drop deadlines, and semester breaks, are published at the start of each academic year.

  • Students are responsible for adhering to the published calendar and planning coursework, ministry activities, and personal commitments accordingly.

2. Examination and Assessment Schedules

  • Midterm and final examinations, as well as major assignments and practical ministry assessments, are scheduled in advance and communicated to students at the beginning of each semester.

  • Students must attend all examinations at the scheduled times unless a valid, documented conflict or emergency is approved by the Registrar or course instructor.

  • Rescheduling examinations is subject to faculty approval and may incur additional requirements or penalties.

3. Graduation Application Deadlines

  • Students intending to graduate must submit formal graduation applications by the deadlines published in the academic calendar.

  • Applications include verification of completed coursework, fulfillment of practicum or ministry requirements, and clearance of all financial obligations.

  • Failure to meet application deadlines may delay graduation and the awarding of certificates or degrees.

  • Final approval for graduation is contingent upon completion of all program requirements, satisfactory academic standing, and adherence to seminary policies.
