Tuition, Fees, and Payment Schedules
Refund and Withdrawal Policies
1. Tuition, Fees, and Payment Schedules
Tuition rates are established per credit hour and may vary based on program level (certificate, undergraduate, graduate).
Additional fees may include registration, course materials, technology, and graduation processing.
Students are responsible for ensuring that tuition and fees are paid according to the seminary’s payment schedule. Late payments may result in registration holds, suspension from classes, or withholding of transcripts.
Payment options include full upfront payment, semester-based installments, or approved financial plans. Students should consult the Financial Office for guidance on schedules and options.
2. Refund and Withdrawal Policies
Students who withdraw from courses or programs must notify the Registrar in writing. Refund eligibility is calculated based on the date of official withdrawal.
Tuition refunds for course withdrawal are prorated according to the published refund schedule. Fees for materials, technology, or administration may not be refundable.
Students who fail to formally withdraw are not eligible for refunds and remain financially responsible for tuition and fees.
