Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Use of Course Materials
1. Non-Discrimination and Accessibility
The seminary is committed to providing an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or religious affiliation is strictly prohibited.
Reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure accessibility for students with documented disabilities, in accordance with applicable laws and seminary policy.
Students are encouraged to contact the Registrar or Student Services office to request accommodations or report concerns.
2. Safety, Security, and Emergency Procedures
Students are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the seminary’s safety and emergency protocols, including fire drills, medical emergencies, and evacuation procedures.
Security measures are in place to maintain a safe campus environment; students must comply with posted rules, security personnel instructions, and safety signage.
Emergency contact information and procedures are published in the academic calendar and on the seminary website for quick reference.
3. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Use of Course Materials
All course materials, including syllabi, lectures, handouts, and online content, are the intellectual property of the seminary or the individual instructor unless otherwise noted.
Students may use materials for personal study and ministry preparation but may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without explicit permission.
Copyright laws and seminary policies must be observed in all academic and ministry-related activities.
Violations of intellectual property rights may result in disciplinary action, including academic probation or dismissal.
